I feel the truck we get have problems hidden and the price wasn’t the same as show in the publicity

I just think yall are ripping people off with this flex program that doesn’t work out in the customer favor in the end

Make sure that if you’re going to buy a car you tell them to show you the break down of the total out the door before you sign ANYTHING!. The car I bought was $39900 and I made a mistake by trusting that they were only going to add the taxes and necessary fees because they were talking to me like real friends so I signed everything with out the finance guy actually explaining to me what I was signing and the total that it came out be was $54000 but I didn’t find out until the next day that I was at home looking through the p... read more

This dealership adds on dealer add on in addition to the advertised and agreed upon sales price despite that being an illegal practice by the federal trade commission. I have filed a formal complaint. After submitting a poor survey from my experience with the dealership, they fraudulently submitted information to ford rewards that my vehicle sale was cancelled.

Dealer changed numbers when signing Truck had a bit of hail damage “only on roof” which seems odd

It took a little longer than I would have preferred purchasing the vehicle, but that can be overlooked. The interior needed a little additional vacuuming, so I asked for it to be detailed while we signed paperwork. When we received it back it smelled like s filthy mechanic shop, and still does. It smells like someone was peeved about having to detail it again and smeared greasy nastiness somewhere not visible.

Overall, not a great experience. We came in expecting a vehicle to be listed at the price it was advertised on the dealer's website; a price that we even called to confirm because it was better than any other dealer in the area. Instead the vehicle ended up being that price, plus a few thousand extra in additions that the dealer had installed after the vehicle arrived from Ford, none of which were listed on the dealer's website, Ford's website or on the vehicle's digital sticker. The dealership adds on extra fees that in no way are actual charges. The price of the extras are not reasonable charges at all.
