Bought a used truck took 4 hrs to get it serviced and cleaned up was there 8 hrs

Do not let them put you in a flex buy. Dealer is higher then most places.

Absolute worst car dealer out there I have never seen a dealership with a higher level of incompetence. They sold me a vehicle and said they did me a “favor” by getting me in a vehicle. I have had this truck over 3 months and it has been driven maybe a total of 3 weeks because it continues to keep breaking down WITH THE SAME ISSUE. This dealership is full of incompetent morons and con artists and I would avoid here unless you enjoy have to continue putting your vehicle in the shop.

If you are is serious need, yes. My wife expressed repeatedly to the sales associate that her bumper needed to be repaired and was even told that it had been clipped in. She reached out to the director’s department was later advised by the sales associate that they would just discount the price of another vehicle we were attempting to purchase instead of repairing the bumper as promised. It’s not right that she has to drive a vehicle with damage that was agreed to be repaired and now make monthly payments on that vehicle.

I don't feel that they were upfront on website and salesperson didn't inform us of what features the vehicle had or didn't have after we told them from the beginning what features we were wanting. Also I feel they delayed the process it took almost 4hrs after we chose a vehical to sign papers and take possession of it

I came in to see an F150 that was advertised on the website for 38,999.00 and with 29000+ miles. I test drove the vehicle and decided to buy said F150. Now this is after the fact because I am, at almost 75, naive enough to believe most people will shoot straight with you. Boy was I ever wrong! After everything was said and done the price of the truck had grown to over 42,000. They sold me a lemon. My “Brand new 2025” broke down the next morning. I was very hesitant on purchasing this vehicle and I wish I would have followed my right mind.

Trying to sale me with high price, and hide another cost, and try to give me a high porcent interest so I feel like try to stilling me so if I don't putt attention that not will right so if you sale a truck for 37k don't hide any extras, I understand the LoJack, or gap or extended warranty is extra but the accessories putting on that not, I see the price on 37k when I start to check the number they putting almost 39k so that's a trick because I can try to lower de price because they say 37 not the right price plus 3k for the... read more

I was given a final paper to sign with agreement but after I agreed on other changes and waited four (4) hours for financing in my 7 hour daily wait, the agreed terms were incorrect. I was given a verbal and I should have seen the writing on the wall but I was hungry, tired and the only person in the dealership. I got home and was to return with a check and thank goodness I did because the agreemeent was not changed and after eating, resting and talking to my bank, our number was incorrect.
