When my car was delivered, it was not properly cleaned. The interior windshield was still dirty even after I pointed it out to my sales rep, and only the exterior had been washed, which is absurd for a brand-new vehicle. The finance department also forged my signature. During the paperwork process, the F&I representative presented me with an iPad and asked if I wanted warranty, wear & tear, and GAP coverage, all of which I clearly declined. I sold you my ford truck 3 weeks ago. AFTER the sale was complete I was informed that I would get my check on “Monday” when accounting was back in the office. I was also told that my sale documents would be emailed to me. After 3 weeks and multiple texts and requests with the non-responsive sales associate, I still have not received my sales document or my check for ~$29k! For perspective, I have already received my registration from the state of TX but nothing from Grand Prarie Ford.

I did not have a good experience vehicle I wanted, Found a suv I wanted, called them, told them I wanted it, filled out the credit app and then they tell me someone else was there to look at it. I was willing to put $$$$ down, I had purchased a plane ticket to travel there and they say the people on the ground have first rights to it. They hadn't even said they wanted it...F them...poor, poor, poor customer service. Waste of my time and money....

I was contacted about a truck I found on the website. I set up a day to come see the truck but once I got there the truck had already been sold. This is not a good way to do business. I could have at least been told that someone else was also interested in this truck. A phone call saying that it had been sold would have been just fine and I wouldn't had to drive there for nothing.

One of the worst purchase experiences I have ever had. Sent someone from my company with a cashier check and they still wanted references, credit app and other information. I buy several trucks a year and this will be my first and last from Grand Prairie Ford. In fact, I may look at other brands moving forward because of this experience.

1. OUR SALES ASSOCIATE WAS AWESOME! (responsive, compassionate, helpful, honest, personable) This was the only good part of the experience 2. We showed up with cashiers checks to pay for the vehicle, yet we were forced to submit to a CDK/OFAC credit check. "If you purchase the MPP Warranty they will drop your interest rate by 3 points" Hope you don't fall for their scam in financing. Now I have to go to the trouble of canning that MPP no good for nothing warranty!!

Purchased 2025 F250 lariat, cash deal wrote $88k check, vehicle got to 140ish miles, check engine light. Took back, dealer needed vehicle for several days to repair faulty sensors, had to fight to get loaner vehicle. You would think vehicles for sell are 100% ready to go. Biggest argument was the loaner vehicle, I understand vehicles with issues happen, shouldn’t have to fight for loaner at 140 miles, should have been a given, no questions asked. Not impressed. I had a good experience through the buying process. I would have given 5 stars if they had taken care of me and not put me off after the sale. Sales manager dropped the ball.
