Everything seemed great and they worked with me until the second I signed my contract. Prior to financing, I was told the vehicle would be at the dealership by the time I'm done financing. 45 minutes after I finish, I'm finally told that they won't have the vehicle that I ALREADY paid for until tomorrow. So I tell them I will be back at 3:30 the next day. I arrive at 3:25 and my salesperson and finance person are not here and the vehicle is "still being detailed." Did not feel appreciated or valued. Was lead to believe our vehicle would be ready Monday morning after not leaving the dealership until 9:30 Saturday night. We were told vehicle was ready Monday around 7pm, that too late for us to drive out there and an inconvenience. My wife got there around 10 Tuesday morning and had to wait because her car still was not ready after we were told that it was. The lack of customer service was asinine and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I reached out to this dealership earlier in the week to try and negotiate the price of a truck. I was rudely told, “The price is the price,” and that no negotiation would be considered. Not a great first impression, but I let it go. They calculated my taxes as an out-of-state buyer, which was fine, and refused to remove their $1,595 “Advantage Package,” which still wasn’t clearly explained. No deal was made. Dealership was dirty and dated. Salesman was great though told me I wouldn’t be able to get a better rate and deal until I applied on my phone through my bank and showed the loan approval and rate. The finance department tried to give me something else until I explained they meet or exceed the rate or I would just do the loan with my bank. When I concluded with salesman and went to finance to complete paperwork I was offered and declined gap insurance and extended warranty. LIED about the truck having warranty and it didn’t I had to paid for it , truck broke down 3 days after bought got it back and still wasn’t in good condition now I have to drop it off again with no loaner vehicle available for me totally regret buying this truck will not recommend.!!!

Brandon was great. The back and forth nonsense is ridiculous. That's not his fault. That's management just wanting to make as much money as they can!

Joshua was knowledgeable about the truck. It may have just been a long day but he didnt seem very friendly. I came with a preapproval check but it felt as if they were trying to strong arm me into their financing. Joshua told me that even though I have a preapproval check, they still had to run my credit. He said it was a soft inquiry but I received a notification of a hard inquiry from Grand Prairie Ford. I later found out I did not have to allow them to run my credit since I was not relying on the dealer for financing. Now... read more
