I have used GP Ford for many years for my Ford cars. Always been happy with the Service Department there.
Cole rocked! And made this buying experience amazing! Exactly what I wanted. I traveled from out of state and he it was a perfect experience. Would highly recommend.
Great service as always but my fluids were not topped off Great service as always but my fluids were not topped off, that was a little disappointing
Excellent service Normally I have a bad experience with the ford dealers but from Grand Prairie Ford I'm very satisfied
Santos made the experience painless and speedy. For diesel service it would have been nice to include DEF fluid for the free service when you purchase a vehicle.
Its a pleasure every time I visit the dealership for my service needs Great dealership
Kimaya was great and communicated clearly throughout the service. My only gripe is it took over 6 hours with my truck and a part they received from their supply was faulty out of the box, which made it so I had to come back the next day as they ordered a new part.
great knowledge and customer service She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and financing process. Great personality and customer service skills.
Professional and Informative Jackie and Christian were GREAT! I would highly recommend this dealership. Also, Huey and Alejandro were great.
