Very helpful I will deal with them from now on, very respectful Oh my goodness
Josue worked very hard to find the truck I wanted. Everyone at Grand Prairie Ford were very professional.
Excellent service, friendly staff and great communication! Had a very pleasant experience all my questions were answered was able to test drive vehicle
Overall great experience, could not recommend David more! David was well versed in every vehicle we were shown! Highly recommend!
Great service. Worked through locating and preparing a vehicle for same day service Mike was outstanding and located a vehicle, cleaned and prepped it and had me driving away same day
Honestly kinda quick I felt like Jackie and Chad kept me posted about the situation why it taking so long it didn't rather quick
Great experience It was a great experience and would definitely be using the dealership and Joey again if I decide to purchase another vehicle
Customer service was amazing by Jackie he made me feel welcomed didn’t question me or anything. When I went back the second day because I regretted my payment option they worked to get me to where I wanted/needed to be didn’t pressure me or anything even tho I had already signed a contract they gave me a better one. Not a lot of places will do that so for sure going back when I need another car or recommend to friends.
Fueron muy amables y atentos a nuestras peticiones para adquirir nuestro vehiculo, Nos prestaron un servicio excelente
