Everything was great. We just felt a bit on our own after financing, but we understood that it was because Cristian was with another customer. We waited a while for the vehicle after finance. But the gentleman that helped set up the Ford App and installed our plates was excellent- 5 if I was to give home a rating.
Grand Prairie Ford has been my go to dealership since 2009 from Sergio in the Service Deparment to my Salesman, Jackie!! This is my third purchase from Jackie who’s always been amazing to work with. My 2026 Ford F250 was no different. It was also good to work with Alejandro in the finance department. I’m loving my new truck so thank you Grand Prairie Ford!!
Thank you GP Ford, for getting me in and out with ease. Issac was wonderful. Very attentive and extremely helpful. Chad called to make sure everything was good, I showed up. He worked hard to stay with in my budget and put in a very nice used car with all ther perks! Made a deal that works with my budget and a vehicle that is above what I expected!
Cole was very straight forward to the point and was very easy to deal with. He was also very quick to get back to me regarding numbers on the vehicle and made the experience as smooth as possible
Jose was very upfront with everything, and we felt like he really listened to what we wanted. We had had a poor experience the week before at Town East Ford, but Jose listened and made us comfortable with the whole experience. The manager and money man also did a wonderful job. We also really loved the older gentleman who did our trucks check out and explained all the features on the truck and the Ford App

The price they advertise is Not the price you pay. Mandatory dealer service addon for out of area buyers is ridiculous.
