Inna is who helped me and she was awesome sauce! She’s a great asset to your sales Team!! I’m not sure who Brandon Flem is, so I didn’t rate him.

Our main aggravation was how dirty the car was that we bought. They smeared armor all over everything so thick we had to have it detailed after purchasing. There was spilled coke, crumbs, a lighter, pen, chapstick, all kinds of random things left in there. It was clear the dealership didn’t put any effort into detailing it after the last owner. The car had been at their lot for a few weeks so it’s not like it was a fresh trade and they didn’t have time to clean it. Salesman was great but the sales manager would not come out ... read more

Our sales person, Ron Smith, was fabulous. He didn’t do a high pressure sale and worked with us to find the right vehicle. He spent a few hours with us even though he knew that we were looking for a low price, used vehicle. He made my daughter’s first car buying experience wonderful. He even called the next day to check on how things were going.
