Our main aggravation was how dirty the car was that we bought. They smeared armor all over everything so thick we had to have it detailed after purchasing. There was spilled coke, crumbs, a lighter, pen, chapstick, all kinds of random things left in there. It was clear the dealership didn’t put any effort into detailing it after the last owner. Our sales person, Ron Smith, was fabulous. He didn’t do a high pressure sale and worked with us to find the right vehicle. He spent a few hours with us even though he knew that we were looking for a low price, used vehicle. He made my daughter’s first car buying experience wonderful. He even called the next day to check on how things were going.
