Ron and Inni did a great job taking care of me. Real pros. No hard sale or bait and switch tactics.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. The process was quick and clear. Kyle's service was exceptional.

Personal fast and to the point It was all around a great experience with great people
It was fast and easy to get my purchase done Willie and Karla were super helpful this is my second time working with Karla and she the best so nice and helpful this my second vehicle at this location will definitely recommend it
Jackie was very responsive and accommodated our needs to deliver the vehicle to Houston. Overall it was a good vehicle purchase experience.
Raul, worked hard to get my numbers where I needed them. The online price was not the same in the dealer so he had to work extra hard. The vehicle advertised online was not at the dealer, but in McKinney
Joey went out of his way to help us drive off with what we wanted. We are so grateful and excited for our new member of our family and it would not have happened without Joey's effort. Thanks Joey from the bottom of our hearts
I dealt with Cole Sutchke, who was very professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had about the truck. I also dealt with Chad in finance, and he was professional and answered all my questions. I will recommend that friends and family consider buying a car from Grand Prairie Ford. Thank you for the pleasant experience of buying a truck.
