It took entirely too long. Josh was a very nice person, but it seemed like everyone else was not very friendly. I walk by lots of employees and none talked . Also the lady doing the financial work which was very little I paid in full was not nice at all, and it took her forever to come get me. Even though I told Josh up front I was going to be in a hurry. That said I do want to say again Josh was great by the process was terrible

Jackie was professional, sincere, truthful, and an absolute pleasure to have as a representative to help me locate a vehicle.
