Young, the salesman was great. He was the best part of my experience and the reason I gave 5 stars. I found a chip on my door after I got home and he helped me coordinate the repair. The worst part of experience was having to decline a warranty multiple times while my best rate was being held hostage. This is a sales tactic I have experienced before and it’s deceptive.
