My service guy Heath made this visit happen!! I had a major repair and was done in just over a week. It was easy and the car was waiting when I arrived.
The Service Manager took the time to understand my concerns. Several different approaches were taken to determine problem. He kept me informed each step along the way. Unnecessary repairs were not made.
Great customer service! Definitely my favorite location.
Booking online was easy and the staff was pleasant. I thought the price of the service was excessive - I inquired about upgrading from semi-synthetic to full synthetic, and it was $80 extra for 7 quarts. That's over $11/qt. not for the oil, but the uncharge to go from semi to full! I realize they need to make a profit, but that's excessive IMO.
