My wife and I have bought 4 vehicles over the past 10 years from here however, after our last visit we will never be back. We went in to purchase our son's first car and we had a set amount that we were going to spend and we were paying for a vehicle in cash. I told the sales guy who had only been working there for a week or two what our budget was. This place is terrible. Both sales and service. We looked here for a new expedition and the prices were a lot higher than other ford dealers. The salesperson was pushy and didn't seem to know much about the car. We ended up buying from a ford dealer in Plano where they were really knowledgeable. The service dept is terrible. The "fast lane" takes hours (2.5 today and longer the last time I was there) and the techs behave as if they're doing you a big favor.
