Sales team let me and my family down on a car purchase. Sold the car out from under me to someone else after they ran my credit and told me I was approved. Now my family and I need to find a car and have my credit pulled more times at other dealerships. Bad communication bad company bad store! The general manager never even came out or apologized.

I am in the market for a new suv, showed up. Walked around the parking lot. Multiple sales men saw me. Thought I'd give them a minute. Walked inside to ask for help, nobody approached me. After me a couple walked in who were white and immediately a sales person approached them and asked them if they needed help! I was pissed and just left. I'm Hispanic btw. Heading to another dealership to make a buy.

DO NOT, I repeat do not take your vehicle to this service center. We brought in our new F-450 $85,000 truck that we bought from them a year prior for recalls. After picking the truck up we noticed shiny touch up paint on our driver mirror along with scratches. We contacted our service advisor Jody and she told us to bring it in. Jody and the manager came out and looked and said they did not do this. They said they don't have touch up paint there??? Buyer BEWARE! I went to this dealer to see a vehicle I was interested in. I set an appointment with Blake and was there on time. I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to find him and then he needed some info. After about another 15 minutes he said he would go get the vehicle. What? I scheduled an appointment to dee this car and he didn't have it ready? It took about another 15-20 minutes. Test ride was okay. Went back to dealership and discussed numbers. The service department sucks. They don't know how to fix a shaking car turns out it's a bend wheel they tried to fix it 3 times before they finally put a different set of wheels on it.

I started my search on the internet looking for a certified truck with lower miles. Grapevine had a couple vehicles that fit the criteria so I decided to just stop in and check them out when driving by. My experience with this dealership is what gives dealerships a bad name and drives customers to the likes of Carmax or Carvana. The salesman and finance manager both played their little games that left my wife and fed up with traditional car dealerships. Regarding sales -- be aware that every car on that lot has an additional charge of about 900 non- negotiable THE PRICES THEY ADVERTISE AND QUOTE DO NOT include this charge for window tinting and what they call an "anti theft" device called "kahu" if you google it, it is mainly a dealer inventory control and theft device they instal on every car and pass the nearly $1000 charge on to customers. Horrible dealership. Bought my 2017 F250 here and also purchased the extended warranty. On Monday my engine started smoking (73k miles) so being 6 minutes away came right to the dealership just before 8AM. I opened the hood and diesel was all over the engine compartment. The service tech took my info and said it should be repaired in 2-5 days.
