Typical sleazy car dealership. DON'T TRUST ONLINE PRICES. Of course they had an excuse why they wouldn't honor the price. " that truck was a misprint" So I asked about a completely different truck ..."oh that price must have been a misprint too" Won't buy a vehicle from these liars - I suggest you don't either.

I would have given them negative stars but could not. I have to echo the other reviews here. They are shady at best and frauds at worst. I have dealt with many dealerships in my life and we all know how they can be, but these people are terrible. My wife was looking for a car so we went to this dealer to look at cars. I would highly encourage anyone thinking about using Grapevine Ford to go to another dealership. They sold me a vehicle that they were to have received from another dealer. The salesman was Paul Sanchez. This sale occurred on August 22, 2020. I was told they had 72 business hours to deliver the vehicle. 72 business hours came and went. The sales people at this dealership are exactly as the stereotype defines them. Lie, don't return phone calls, hide the pissed off customer from the boss.. Even the owner doesn't return calls.. Stay away from them, you better to drive 5 hours out of the way. Dealership is only as good as the people working there and this one has horrible people..

Beware! You will get screwed. I bought a certified used ford truck a while ago at this location, and the sales guy Ty was great! But less than 2 months later, my battery died and I had to get it towed to the service center at grapevine. The service center not only said I had a bad battery (keep in mind I bought it certified), but racked up almost 2 grand in charges on items that are explicitly listed as inspection points in the used vehicle certification process! This company acts like they care until they make that sale and you drive off the lot. They sale you a piece of shit then don't want to have anything else to do with you after they scam you. They will not get back to you and act like you are just a piece is sh*t on the street. Zoe seems so sweet and nice but she really doesn't give a damn. They just want the sale. Don't waste your hard earned money here. Find a legitimate business. Keep walking past them to the next dealership.

The fact u have an appointment set and expect ur vehicle be in the shop within the hour but they say it's in line there's few cars ahead why did I even make an appointment if I drop it off at 9:30 and u say it be inside the shop around 1:30 are u kidding me and then they tell me for my airbag recall that it could be up to 150 in a diagnosis few in case it's not the inflator on the airbag so if it's anything but that I have to pay are u kidding me I should of known with this place only having 2.5 stars to being with

I found a used car that i had been wanting on car guru and it happened to be at grapevine ford. I live about 6 hours away from this dealer so i called to ask about it to make sure it was still available. I was set up with a noon appointment with a salesman for the next day. Knowing that the car could be sold in the meantime, i asked them to notify me if that happened so i could turn back home. All these reviews don't surprise me! This dealership manages to stay open because of their location only. The sales department is unprofessional/unorganized and will waste your time and the service department is even more incompetent! We bought 2 new Fords last year and had to purchase elsewhere after getting so frustrated with Grapevine...even though we live right here. And these Trucks & SUV's are not cheap! Go anywhere else...we have given them so many chances and continue getting disappointed so we will try 5 star now.
