Run from this dealership. To make a long story short I bought a 2017 Ford Focus new from them and took out an extended warranty. As of this morning the car would not start so I called Grapevine Ford. Well their super slammed and won't even be able to look at my car until Wednesday (today is Saturday). I asked if their shop was so slammed that they couldn't even check a battery until Wednesday and the response was yes. I even asked to speak to the service manager and he told me the same thing and no they will not loan me... read more

Way too pushy, found a car I liked online filled out the form for the online price. Figured I'd look at it the next weekend got a call on a Sunday night when the dealer was closed wanting to know when I was gonna go buy the car. I hadn't looked at it yet, the next day received 3 more calls one from the pushy salesman that called Sunday night, he basically decided he'd sold me the car and wanted me to commit to a tIme to pick it up. No thank you, high pressure sales are not something I'm interested in. I blocked their p... read more

This place is so dishonest. Internet prices can jump several thousand dollars and no one can explain why. Bait and switch deals. Make sure you can pay attention or they will get you. Tricks from tricksters. Never will go back here. Totally deceiving sales practices.

Do not deal with this dealership. I believe they're trying to scam their customers. Here's the timeline. I negotiated the transaction with Chris Curtis and after all that was done it was time to talk about the finance paperwork. Chris told me that he needed to run an OFAC check to make sure I wasnt a terrorist or someone wanted by the FBI. I agreed to the check and filled out the basic information needed. He then told me that I needed to put my SSN on the paperwork (which was a credit application) and sign at the X. I then t... read more

Sold me a defective vehicle, had countless issues with it since I gave them a ton of money. Unfortunately they don't honor regular customers

I should have paid attention to the low YELP rating before wasting my time here. If you are trading in a vehicle BE SURE to do your homework first. Edmunds.com, NADAguides.com which will provide an accurate assessment of what your car is worth. Unless your trade in is in ROUGH condition their trade in offer may be a low-ball offer. Also, verify the car you are interested in is there before driving over. The first car I was interested in had sold over a week ago and their website wasn't updated. The second had been sent... read more

We will not be back. We ended up purchasing the new car after we had been there all day, but it was a nightmare. They are dishonest and the Kanu tracking addition will be added on at the end. They aren't transparent about anything. The new car sales manager was rude and confrontational as well. I honestly wish we would have gone through with leaving when the first "confusion" over a price happened and bough the car somewhere else. Worst buying experience ever. Oh and by the way even if you pay cash they demand to run your cr... read more

Short version...I went in to make a deal on a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe but could not come to an agreement with Garry, mainly because of the $500 Kahu tracking device they supposedly already put on the car (even though they just received the car and it hadn't even been detailed or service) and could not remove. He said it adds value to the car and insurance companies will give discounts for having it. Well I asked my insurance broker and he said most insurance companies do NOT give a discount. My daughter does not need to spend ... read more

Went to Grapevine Ford to purchase vehicle for my daughter. Had my credit rating in-hand. I had just left my bank and they had given it to me. To make a long story short, the price they had on their website was not the same price they were putting on paper. Then they stated that I had to pay for vehicle recovery thing that was already installed and the window tints. They (if you bought a new vehicle you know how they try to pull that tag team BS) then said I can only qualify for 5.99% financing, but, never ran my credit. Whe... read more
