DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They messed up HARD. We paid cash for the mustang GT. Left the dealership and they call me saying they need me to come back because some paperwork went wrong. So I come back, they tell me I need to give them $750 because of a rebate that wasn't suppose to be there. They forgot to take off a rebate and told me I need to pay them $750. Straight up said no and return the car. Never seen such BS happen. They messed up, own up to it. DON'T TELL THE CUSTOMER TO GIVE THEM MONEY FOR THEIR MESS UP.

They strike again. My mother, who lives out of state, found a great deal in a 2018 Highlander and asked me to go and inspect it before she made an offer. I pleaded with her to look elsewhere because of the shady tactics that I encountered in my previous experience with them, yet she persisted. The vehicle was in great shape. I found a pickup online at this dealership. Called to confirm that it was there and was correctly represented. I told the salesman that I wanted to purchase the truck. I wanted to get the transaction done before I headed down to pick up the truck, a 6 hr drive. They refused. Bought a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer on a Saturday, was told the manufacturer wanted all dealers to check on all manual seats to ensure the bolts were installed correctly. Not a big deal put us in another car to get home and told us the car would be delivered to us on Monday or Tuesday. Monday comes around and I am told countless times that they would be making it out that day (Monday). Keep in mind I've got a 2.5 month old and my wife at home waiting for this because I work nights. I am partly to blame. I have purchased 7 new vehicles from this dealership since 2011 and continue to allow the service team on both the Ford & Lincoln side to treat me terribly. I dropped a car off on 10/01 for a warranty repair of a speaker and Zactech treatment scheduled for 10/03. Was told the car would be ready and delivered to my home shortly after noon on 10/03. Grapevine Ford is why everyone hates used car dealers. I went in to buy a particular, difficult to find, car that just hit their lot. They spent 3 hours on hard selling tactics trying to get me to buy all the add-ons and extras, would not relent, and were dishonest. Steer clear of used car salesman Dustin, have a simple question on my very expensive purchase with from the factory bad tires, so not his fault, and yet he will not even accept calls or call me back. When this started, I spoke with him and explained what was happening even though I am sure they all know about it. Worm will not answer his phone now. Steer clear of him.

Over the last week I had been dealing with Grapevine Ford. This turned out to be the worst experience I have had. In the beginning Cameron quoted me on a truck they did not even have on the lot. Then it was Blane when I was trying to get a trade value for my car. What a nightmare. Blane must think he is a secret agent because he would not provide me with any information on the vehicle I had decided to work with. Service department has no loyalty to returning customers. I've purchased my car here in 2015 and been going to the service department every 6K miles. Today, i've had enough and will NEVER come back!!! they do not value you as a customer and i do not want to give me any more of my money.
