Happy Customer This was my first purchase from Grapevine Ford and I was very pleased with my experience. I researched the inventory over the internet, found what I wanted, and worked with Devin Bear their internet salesman. Oil and Fuel Filter change Dropped my F350 off for Oil change and fuel filters change. Andy was awesome and got it done quickly. Service shuttle drove me to work and picked me up to bring me back to Dealership after service was complete.
new Ford Ranger Shopping for a new vehicle. Grapevine Ford Internet sales team was aggressive in trying to get my business. Got a good deal and liked my sales associate Matthew and the Finance guy as well.
Oil change with appointment The work was fine as far as I can tell. I’m disappointed that it took 2 hours to do an oil change on a Tuesday morning when I had an appointment. I don’t understand why the schedule is loaded so heavily that an oil change can’t be done right away at the appointed time.

Awesome customer service experience Went to find out about pre owned vehicles. Jeff my sales rep spent over 4 hours with my wife and I going back and forth on what vehicle was the best for us. He never pressured us and was patient with us the whole time. When I plan on buying my next vehicle I will definitely come back!!
