What Happened to Their Customer Service????? I've been a Ford customer for years. During my last two maintenance visits I've requested the car be washed, only to find out the washing unit was out of service. When getting my car today it was even more dirty then when delivered (plastic cover on seat - mat in floor - fingerprints all over the car). Quantity seems to have taken over Quality of service.
