Great service, Helpful. Great service, timely communication from service team and helpful all the way around in each department as my 10 yr old, 200k flex received much needed attention to get it back to running like new. Awesome Service I came to Grapevine Ford for second chance financing. My deal was facilitated by Matthew Hoopes! He was great. Everything was done by text message while I was at work. I explained I was looking for an F-150 crew cab. He had me a brand new one ready to go, I only spent 25 minutes at the dealer and left with my truck!
Solid dealership Ty was very friendly and accommodating. We came looking for a Ford edge but didn't like it, he found two other good options and settled on the highlander. Good service from sales and finance department.
Misty Eddie was a great service tech and gave me options for fixing my car. Dealership is very clean and people are nice. I was there a little to long for my liking but the service over all was great.
