Happier than Expected We have been customers of this dealership since 2012 when we purchased a used Edge from another dealership. Once we had our car serviced there, we stopped going anywhere else because of the responsive of the service department. We purchased a pre-owned F150 in March and then just a week ago, we found ourselves needing another car unexpectedly. To say we were not in the mood to buy a car would be an understatement. Grapevine Ford I was not in the market to buy a new car but was in a wreck and had to purchase a new vehicle, I found this dealership online and it had the largest inventory for the vehicle I was looking to buy. The salesman worked with me to find the right vehicle for my price point and was very patient and took plenty of time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
No hassles Great experience with buying a new vehicle from this dealership. Sales rep Craig was helpful and straight-forward. Came in at 7:30 pm and left with a great deal on the car we wanted - and nothing we didn't want - by 9:15 pm. Much better experience at this dealership than others.

2017 Ford Mustang GT purchase Ricky Meppelink with Grapevine Ford is a great salesman. He was great on the test drive showing and explaining everything in the Mustang before I drove it and he has communicated with me after the sale to see how I'm doing and how much I enjoy the car. If the rest of the dealership is like this, I will continue to do business with them.
