Had an appointment with the dealer to view the Nissan Maxima. There was over $2,000 of damage to the vehicle. Crack in the windshield curb rash on all the wheels bald tires spongy brakes. It appeared that dealer took the vehicle in on trade and never so much as even checked the mechanical worthiness of the car. Would highly recommend not buying a vehicle from them. Dealer wanted to charge an additional $2,000 to fix these issues as well as mandatory paint sealant and upholstery protector.

The online representative is not a sales consultant when you get to dealership, so any numbers given to you online will have to be renegotiated at dealership. Don’t drive 2 hrs with the misconception you have a deal. With that being said staff was friendly but I drove 2 hrs back home without making a purchase.
I was contacted twice. One fellow was very helpful. The other fellow was too lazy to check the vehicle's interior color, which I asked about because there was conflicting information online. He insisted it was black when in actuality it was tan.
At first this dealer was very responsive, emails, phone calls, voice mail, etc. I'm active duty military and stationed 3 time zones away from their location. I called to speak to the sales woman who contacted me three times, but when I called and got some other sales person who acted like I was crazy suggesting there was someone who worked there by that name. I would give them 0 stars if possible. They were incredibly uncommunicative and ended up selling the car to someone else on the morning we were finishing the paperwork. They didn't even call me to tell me they sold it, I had to contact them to find out. They were not even apologetic over the situation and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, unless you hate yourself.
Very nice but I was waiting for a follow up call and never heard back.
The car I looked at needed an oil change, new brakes and new tires. I said I would pay their asking price if they changed the oil and replaced the brakes and tires. I also asked for the "out the door price". When receiving the quote, they had added huge fees and two DOWC products that I never asked for on to the quote. I called them and said that I didn't want this. They asked me to come in to the store, so that we could reach an agreement and close the sale.
