We bought a house from Grayhawk in 2013. Everything has broken and even had to get the FOUNDATION fixed. Very poor customer service and craftsmanship. I am giving this builder a one star because I cannot give him any less. Would not recommend to anyone.
I love my home and the quality of materials used. What I don't love is the poor workmanship on interior finishes (cracked door frames, rough edges/gauge marks on finishing trim, paint on wood floors, etc.), and this is after Greyhawk tried to make it right by sending a painting crew back to sand and...
Grayhawk did address the major issues once you were able to discuss them with someone. Overall very poor communication with me as the buyer spending a lot of money and struggled to get answers.
Grayhawk builders are fine if you purchase prebuilt home. But, do not build your own customized or "Dream" home where you may want to customize anything because the contractors that they use do not know how to do anything but the model. Communication and customer satisfaction are poor.
I was satisfied with the timely manner that they built my house in and everything was completed.
How the process went smooth and was done with no delays
We really enjoyed the building and design process and the fact that once we locked in the price we knew we wouldn't go over budget. We also found the design center extremely helpful when picking out our selections for the home.
The final outcome of the house. Very happy with the design and product.
My realtor took us around homes that were for sale and this home was for sale. This home was exactly what we wanted.
