Their service was excellent. They came and sprayed the house. The also came back a second time, without charge, to make sure the problem did not come back.
My coop was unhappy with our regular exterminator's handling of a bedbug problem in our building, so we hired Green Earth to come to our building to do some inspections of apartments we needed to have checked out. It went very well. They were very responsive and quick. They also showed up on time.
Very responsive, prompt, pleasant experience (yes, even pest control should be pleasant in terms of the business of it). Josh is clearly an expert, the price was good and discounted through Angie's list, and the gentleman who came to do the work was SO polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my interior space. I will use them for maintenance as well.
They were very helpful and they followed up and gave me information.
It was very successful -- we've seen no sign of mice since Peter's visit.
Peter phoned to see if it was OK to arrive a little before appointment time. He was very professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem and resolved it immediately. Would definitely use this company again.
I had a dead rat problem & needed to find out how it got into my building & to prevent a recurrence. I spoke to Josh who arranged for one of his men to come over & diagnose the problem the next day; he figured out where the openings were & told me he could fix the problem. They were very good and I really liked them. They were punctual and told me what to look for. They left traps when they didn't find anything and told me to follow-up if anything comes up.
