For one they say I need 20 lug nuts cause they are swollen. I look at them and look like a bad socket was on them. Now Dodge is the only one that ever took my rims off. Either to rotate them or put new tires on. Note it cause 1030$ to get a new set. Dodge should be responsible for my lug nuts. Also, why are they just now seeing them when I was in there getting my tires put on and no one never said anything about them but 6000 miles later they say they swollen

Try to sell unnecessary services for ridiculous amounts of money and take forever to complete simple tasks because they are only looking to sell unnecessary services.
Received this email that alignment was performed and that's not correct. Horrible experience and disappointed. I expected so much more since this was the dealership.
They did not answer our calls about the car status. When I showed up to pick up my car, there were many customers and only one person to check in and check out people. I had to wait a while. They also did not safely install the recalls and I had to come home and fix their work. Check after them
Took all day to get my truck inspected because the person would not pass it. I had to by a set of tiers because he would not do whet he was told to do. Before I went to Greensboro Chrysler I had two Retired people that worked for two city's and was over state inspections to look at then and told me they would pass. I did not get my truck back till 9:00 pm that night, and a bill for 1,067.68 dollars. This last time that they had my car was the worst experience ever! They had my car for about a month. I had to finally call and see what was going on and I believe that hey forgot about it! And this is after I approved the work I wanted to be done on it. And then on top of that, I really don't think that they even serviced my car at all. I feel that in my gut. The same light that was on is still on and they charged me less than what they quoted which never happens at a dealer. I'm sad this time
