It was horrible I brought my working running car in for a new key fob instead they broke my axle and expected me to pay.
The vehicle continues to be listed on Carfax although I am told by the dealership that it is NOT available for purchase
Salesman Lied about the vehicle. I wanted towing, he said I could add it on later and it would be different. Not true, if vehicle comes with towing. You get a better Alternator, and automatic rear leveling. They also wanted to charge me $2000 to add it on, where as if it comes with the vehicle, its only $995. I'm just glad its a lease.
I was inquiring about a specific vehicle. I was contacted by Austin on Friday and told him I would be in to view the car on Monday. He contacted me Monday morning to confirm our appointment. When I got there, it took him 15 minutes to tell me the car had been sold on Saturday. He wanted me to look at a car that was twice as much as the one I wanted and nowhere near as nice so I just left. I'm quite familiar with the old "bait and switch" technique.
Horrible communication and customer service. I will drive 12-14 miles farther to another dodge at this point

I got the same oil change that I have always gotten and the price tripled. I will not be back! I went from paying $44 for oil change to $109! They did give me a $19.99 discount which I still ended up paying $90
Customer service horrible, no communication at all when they have car . Just bad
It sat there for 3 weeks and the did nothing, knowing that I have 5 kids and my husband was going to Basic Training for the National Guard. We spent a lot of time on the phone with a guy named Adam who seemed nice, and yet nothing EVER got done. It had to be towed to another location. They even let it be picked up and towed by Impex without letting me know it was going to happen. I will never take my car back to them and I am sure to tell many people how bad the experience was.
