Horrible experience. I won't ever go back. I brought in a scat pack charger just for an oil chance. I got there and added on a diagnostic and they never did anything to my car. It was dropped off at 9 am appt. and i called them several times and left messages to check up on my car. They never contacted me and closed without talking to me. Had to pick my car up the next say with nothing done to it.
Made an appointment for 10:15, arrived at 10:00. They said it would take an hour for an oil change and state inspection. After sitting in the waiting area for over two hours I went back to the service desk and asked the supervisor why my car was not finished by now 12:30. She checked and my car was ready shortly thereafter (at no charge). When I got home I found that the two saved seat and mirror settings had been reset??? I probably won't return for future service.
Forced me to replace my windshield wipers, which were brand new and the service inspection guy said there was a streak literally drove back home put back on the original blades no streak pointed out to him that does not standard according to North Carolina inspection records
Had to use carpet cleaner to remove grease from carpet. Finger prints all over hood. This is a pristine vehicle. Very disappointed
My experience was terrible. Car was towed there on 1/2/24 and as of 1/13/24 they still had not looked at it. I had one update via text that was completely dismissive and gave no guidance. I had it towed by AAA to the Jeep Dealership in High Point and they fixed it immediately.
Keep my car to long and the communication was terrible. When I went to pick up my car, it took about 30min because they couldn't find my keys. Only to find out that one of the service techs had it, looking confused
Didn't top off wiper fluid and didn't check coolant
I like the timeliness of the service and the price with the special holiday coupon
Was there for recalls to be fixed. And they decided to drive my truck 400+ miles while in their hands.
