Horrible dealership... After calling for the 5th time I was transferred to a whole different dealership. I called the same number back that transferred me and confirmed the name of the dealership I needed; however, the person answering the phone said "You called us" as he and other people proceeded to laugh. He transferred me again to the correct person and I left a voicemail. Over the last 3 weeks, I've sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail without a reply.
I took my vehicle for an issue. We had an appointment on Monday, struggled to reach anyone and wasn't hearing back from the service advisor. They don't pick up the phone at all. By Friday at 4:30pm our vehicle still hadn't been touched by the service department so we picked it up. Terrible communication and it's useless to have an appointment here.
I came for an oil change service on August 9. A few days later I found that there were engine oil leaking in my garage. Brought the car to Firestone, and they found that the screw underneath was not tightened. Easy fix, so I was charge the basic exam fee $23.47. Obviously, Greensboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram can do a better job. Now I need to clean up the oil stains in my garage...
Terrible communication about status of vehicle and cost of diagnostic fee. Would not recommend. This is where the electronics and computers of the vehicle make you hand cuffed.
After 4 months, I still have not received the tags to the car. The dealership never sent the info to the DMV. After multiples calls daily for weeks the issue has still not been resolved. They have not returned calls when they say will, and transfer you all around the building to departments that have no way to handle your issue. Only to transfer you to someone else who cannot resolve your issue.
The worst experience I have had was when they overcharged me and did not use my warranty. It took a week to fix the problem, and there was a lot of miscommunication on their part, and no direct answer.
Terrible customer service. Probably won't ever return.
The service was HORRIBLE!!! They charged me over 2,000.00 to repair my vehicle and I had to wait week. The worst part about the whole experience is when I found out that a service they recommended (an additional 600.00) was covered under the warranty they refused to fix it. After I made an appointment and took off work because initially they said they were going fix it. They went to find some wording the says the car was not covered he but in Canada. Asked to inspect right rear tire for losing pressure. Nothing was found. It went flat the next day. Visit lasted 3 hours due to computer problems.
