The dealer ship never returned my call or answered my emails.
They didn't do a checkup on the car like other places do during oil changes, and didn't check any of the issues I asked them to look at. Given that this was almost 3× the price of other service shops I would expect the same level of service if not better.
Never received my tire rotation and the complimentary car wash
Two hour wait for an oil change after making an appointment for a specific time is unacceptable service. Why bother with appointment when something that should take no more than a half hour takes over two hours.
Slow on service repairs and cost is high
I had a large screw in my tire. My Service Rep, Marcus, got my car in, determined the problem and had it repaired. When I purchased this Jeep, the finance guy offered me a "Platinum Tire and Wheel Warranty". I purchased it for $496.00;however, when I brought my car in with this problem, I was told what I purchased had nothing to do with tires and wheels! Someone had signed my name to a document. no communication, had an appointment to have Jeep looked at & it still took them a week to look at it
Brought our dodge van to have loose wiring fixed so we can hook up to motor vehicle for Inspection, since our mechanic couldn't fix was dealer . Try then told us we needed brakes and new tires to pass. We told them to just fix wire and our mechanics will do test. Brought back To our machanic and all we needed was 2 back tires. Not sure how They can lie about so bad and still be in business! Do not use them !!
Mechanic diagnosed my truck for timing chain seal and cover replacement and replaced crankshaft oil seal. My check engine light keeps coming on and off for code P0011 which is for Intake Camshaft Position timing - Over-Advanced (Bank 1). Why replace a different part to then result in another issue?
