Both of my visits was Absolutely horrible my car needs inner and outer tire rod ends replaced and they think they can convince me that they are supposed to have that much play in them it's normal and tried to say it's the tires that are making me feel a grinding feeling in the floorboard and in the steering wheel and making my steering wheel off centered so they tried to sell me tires and I was gonna get a deal olof buy 3 tires for nearly 1000 dollars and I will get the 4th one free. They have scraped the side of my car.
Priced I was charged hadn't had the car 3 mos . 1200 was too much I will not purchase another vehicle from them.
After spending $6k and couldn't get someone on the phone if I was dying to get any answers the problem was not fixed and then they wanted another $2400 to replace thee more parts. They are the worst Dealership I've ever had to work with.
I have gone multiple times for a noise/rattle, even showed a video... so they could hear it and know that I am not making it up. I have to miss work to take my Jeep in just to be told they are not able to duplicate the noise. However, I hear it on the way home. I ask every time for my tire pressures to not be adjusted, always over inflated. Somehow, during the vehicle inspection my spare tire is inflated to 32 psi, etc... I have no spare tire.
The truck lost power less than 2 miles after leaving. It had to be towed in and the work done corrected. After that all has been great.
The car you listed is not the car that was serviced. The overall repair service was ok but the conversations with the sales team about possible selling the car back to the dealer was confusing due to poor communication within the dealership and the sales mgr.
Did not know what they were doing in sales and service.
I took my car in for an inspection. They said that I needed over $4000 worth of work before the car could pass inspection. I left and took my car to Firestone for the inspection. My car passed without needing any work. I'll never go back to that dealership again.
