customer service bad even when it was super slow. Our fist time visiting Sedona we stayed at GreenTea in Flagstaff, and in the Sedona but the Sedona one There was a young lady by herself We check in 1/22/23 around 8 pm She was the only one there and it look really slow an easy job. Not sure why she was so rude I do hope she finds a better job since she look very unhappy Other than that the room was clean, but we definitely won’t be staying on this hotel if we ever come back to Arizona. good location. but this is a motel with a good coat of paint. prices are nuts in Sedona which weirdly makes this a barga the walls are thin. can hear other rooms TVs dogs barking and road noise location

Ok for one night stay. Not worth the price. Incovenient location. Staff was rude and seemed not interested in helping out when checking in and out. There was also sketchy people near us. We saw cockroaches outside. Free parking and big beds
