would not return there or suggest it door dint close properly , lots of people noise outside, dirty patio with trash and dirt and rocks, some furniture stained and others the legs were ratty light on vanity flickered constantly pool was promised to be open by our arrival but still not usable 3 days later location

good thing we were tired & needed to sleep. pool might be open in July. pool & sitting area not open. was told they had a pool at a different location. & a hot tub at yet another location. maybe should have stayed at a different location!!! breakfast mediocre when it was there. employees lethargic. poor management clearly a problem. location

Location good, hotel just average The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the noise level between rooms bad. Called the front desk at 9 pm to complain about high noise level in room above mine and no one answered the phone, just got music and I tried calling 3 times. Location

Was not very pleased. Climbing stairs to 2nd floor with heavy suitcase is not easy for a 76 yr old Don’t put 76 year old Seniors on 2nd floor with no elevators. Two night stay and upon arrival there was only one washcloth, for two people, for two night stay. Shouldn’t have to ask for towels upon arrival. Not enough seating

Adequate. The pillows were not comfortable, bring your own from home if possible. Location was good. A/C worked well.

Overpriced and under delivered Pillows were terrible and breakfast was a disaster

There was no service when I was there no trash pickup or towel pickup breakfast was poor too. Customer service/ breakfast. Nothing

Checkin issues made this a terrible stay Check in was automated and even though I prepaid two rooms through booking.com it took 30 minutes to checkin. While we struggled to checkin a lady sat behind the front desk and did not help. We watched another customer have the a similar issue. I question booking.com having an 8 standing on this property.

This place is a dump - stay far away This place was a dump. So old and outdated. The pool area was under construction and we were not made aware of this. Our room was below ground if you can believe that. I requested a balcony and got a slab of concrete with a four foot wall blocking any type of view. The patio was so covered with trash we had to call maintenance upon arrival to come and clean it up. They used a broom only and never even mopped the floor.
