Restaurant is decorated nicely. We made a reservation for 7 people. They crammed us into a round booth. The other booths same size had 3-4 people in them. Service was very slow. My husband went to pepper his food and the lid came off and dumped an entire pepper shaker on his food. We wanted to exchange it but waited 10 minutes and no server so he dusted it off as much as possible and choked it down. Worse seat in the house. Middle of room next to kitchen and bathrooms. Little room to move! Ask to change tables..several empty but waiter said she thought they were reserved! Didn't ask anyone! We also reserved a table! Waiters carrying out trays of food right over my wife's head. Large corner table was empty was given to two people. No ice for water.
Good place to have a beer and a burger. Nothing to write home about.
Food was below average brunch fair. Descriptions in menu did not match actual food served. Service was slow and not very attentive.
Left before ordering. They have started a new brunch menu on the weekends and don’t offer items from their regular menu. Four of our family of five would have ordered brunch but our special needs son only likes a steak at grindstone and they wouldn’t make it for him. So we left and went to BJ’s at HTC.
My meal and my brother in laws meal was bad. We ordered fish and chips and it was made like dry chicken strips. I couldn’t eat mine but the manager took our meals off the bill and brought us a bread pudding dessert like I have never had. It was superb. My husbands burger was excellent. Just don’t order the fish and chips.
Came with our friends for dinner on New Year's eve. We were looking forward to a prime rib dinner which 3 of the four of us ordered at our table. The consistency of the meat did not seam right. All of us felt it was too raw. My wife and I asked for a box to take ours home which we left there by mistake. Our plan was to try to cook it more at home for a snack. Food was average, nothing extraordinary, was expecting better. The service was not very good. Waitress was not attentive and couldn’t remember what we asked for twice. Ambience was good. It was oddly quiet for a Friday night, many open tables around the restaurant at 8:30. We would only return to get a drink at the bar. Would not eat the food again.
We never got to eat. It felt like a cafeteria and was very loud. I personally would not go back or recommend.
