There are a lot of agencies and this one tops them all! The staff works with you and all of the members take the time to listen and try to make it work for both the client and their family. There was not one staff member that I did not like - they were all friendly and easy to talk to. The caregiver arrived on time, did all of the required tasks and even more! I had less than 12 hours to get a caregiver in my friends home and called Griswold. Without any hesitation they were there when friend arrived home. The management, office staff, the nurses, and aides were wonderful and helpful beyond imagination. Anything my friend needed was taken care of quickly. I never had a concern for my friend's safety while the were in her home. A wonderful agency to work with!
