Very happy. My mother was in hospice and actually died the next week, but even though she was not mentally competent at the time responded with a smile the second day the care-giver came. Care-giver prompt, was knowledgeable about what to do as far as repositioning the patient in bed, changing diaper, feeding; but more importantly was so cheerful, sweet and compassionate to my mother and to me.
