Overall our experience was good. We were fortunate to have some really good caregivers, however not all of them were as attentive as we would have liked, nor did they demonstrate a willingness to be as helpful as expected. Their cell phones appeared to be a real distraction. We understand quality staff is difficult to hire and sustain, but when it's your loved one's well being you want the best available.
