The care was for my 93 year old dad. Kendra was an excellent resource, Crystal was an awesome caregiver. My dad felt comfortable and was happy. Prior to leaving Griswold, my dad was living alone and showing signs of mental deterioration. Once care began with Griswold, his mental capacity and cognitive awareness improved. Thank you for everything.

All the caregivers were great. I appreciate them very much. Caregiver Roy bonded with our dog Jessie, she loved him. He was a great caregiver. Please let all the caregivers know how much I appreciate them taking care of me while my wife was out of town. Their kindness will be long remembered.

Griswold was very professional from the very first meeting/evaluation. They communicated with me regularly as the one whom oversaw my mother's care. We only had two different caregivers and they were both very experienced, professional, and extremely caring towards my mother and her needs. I highly recommend this home care agency.

No show caregivers created a great hardship. It took too long to get regular caregivers lined up. Too many so-so or lack of experience caregivers.

I would like to make a special comment about Daniella She has become a part of our family. I was lost without her. She is a valuable employee I hope you reward greatly. Cannot tell you how much I ( Lori a goforth) am great full for her and well as Ms Mead Also Norma is wonderful as well in the office. Two employees worth their weight in gold.

My mother enjoyed Faith M care very much. She went through a few til she finally found Faith. She also enjoyed Dee Dee transportation services for her many dr visits. Amy was always helpful.
