The experience was ok. There were a few times either the caregiver canceled at the last minute and we were left without help or the shift requested could not be covered.

Some caregivers were very good, some less so. Office staff was satisfactory. There was a situation with the caregivers not coming for two out of about 27/28 shifts over twenty-one days. It is true that Griswold did not know that our request for services was going to exist for sure until about one day before the twenty-one day service started.
