We have had excellent experiences with Griswold. The only complaints I have are 1- Griswold should supply the caregivers gloves. You can incorporate it into the cost. My 80 year old step father thought with the amount of money he paid, supplies the workers need should be supplied by the employer. 2- some of the caregivers did not show initiative. I think we had 2 out of at least 5 or 6 that were impressive. Overall, I will recommend Griswold but will note those two items as a caveat when referring

I had three caregivers in my 5 sessions, two were here only one day, one came three times. All were respectful, good-natured, and very helpful. I felt cared for, safe, and more in control of my daily challenges. My husband really appreciates the respite. Please let me know if you have a pay it forward plan, as I would be happy to donate 2 hours to someone in need who might not have the funds for your service.

Kylie was the Coordinator and she was always pleasant when calling and found replacements when the needed. The Caregivers were courteous and pleasant and on time for my errands.

My dad was so happy to receive such royal service. It gave me such peace of mind while at work. He was going through failure to thrived to new onset of blindness. Which was leading to loneliness, depression, and rapid increase of new developed health issues. Thank you all for being apart of his success and rebirth of his new life,s journey. We had Phillip, Dorothy, D, Jennifer, Maria, and POC Norma. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. You do great work hiring an amazing team.
