Griswold staff helped my husband receive the services he needed to remain in the home as long as possible. Esther was able to build a relationship that helped him accept the most personal services, when required. Kelly was always gracious and helpful as I struggled to figure the amount of care my husband that would give me a break during intensive caring. I appreciate Griswold's assistance and confidently recommend their services to other caregivers.

There were a couple of issues with caregivers in the beginning, but since Lorraine Aguirre has been here everything is wonderful.

Caregivers were excellent. My only complaint is there were several times when the caregiver gave late notice that they could not provide service. We were notified late and were left uncovered .

Having y'all come out and take care of my mom was a blessing. She enjoyed the caregivers company and loved talking to them. Your caregivers were always professional and just loved on her as if she was their own momma. This gave me a piece of mind to be able to leave her in good and caring hands so I could go to work. They provided me with updates on how things were going and always kept me informed. Y'all were my eyes and ears when I could not be there.
