Very good--able to accommodate last minute requests, kept me informed of changes. Liked that we were able to retain consistency with care givers from week to week.

We had to change our original scheduling a few times because my mother's needs changed. Kendra was very helpful in making that work and sending good caregivers for my mom. Griswold was extremely easy to work with. The caregivers that were sent were very good. Thanks for your help.

Kellie is great to work with. Caregivers were good and I know that my minimal hour requirements gave us fewer caregivers to work with. I may call on you again in the future.

It was a good experience except the first two people assigned didn't show up. The case manager really tried to find someone outstanding after that and both workers that came after that really were great.

Griswold was excellent from the very beginning to the very end. I had never gone through this process before and was so very grateful for all of the assistance we received from everyone! Maria was fantastic w/ my dad and the night that my dad passed away, the woman that was with my family (sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing! Macie was the only one my mom had a problem with. Please use me as a reference if you ever need one. Thank you for all that you do.
