The only reason that we no longer use Griswold is that my wife had to be placed in a memory care facility. The care she gets there is generally satisfactory; but Griswold was better

We first needed caregivers to help our loved one with getting ready for the day and feeding her breakfast and lunch and then another caregiver with feeding her dinner and getting her ready for bed. And within a week or two, we needed round-the-clock caregivers. Norma was fabulous in scheduling her caregivers in with family caregivers. Griswold maintains staff that are highly professional, always courteous, and with very prompt attention to any needs. I have used their services over several years now and am extremely pleased they are here for my needs with family care giving. Highly recommend them!
