Really a good feeling with the entire staff. The caregivers were all attentive to my Mom's needs and very pleasant to work with and Norma was really accommodating to my schedule. Wonderful agency all around. Many thanks to all.

I have used Griswold Home Care twice and was more than pleased each time. Signing up for care was a simple,straightforward, convenient process done in my home, on my time, with a Coordinator from their office. My mother had Alzheimer's disease and was, at times, aggressive and confused. The caregiver assigned to her was very familiar with Alzheimer's and the difficulties it can pose. We have used Griswold Home Care more than a year for my mother and they have been excellent. One care giver, Deborah, who is no longer in our area and her current care giver, Maria are both exceptional. They are very caring ladies who work exceptionally well with elderly clients. That means a lot to my mother (95). Mom really looks forward to seeing Maria everyday. As says, "We have a good old time."
