Since I only met one care giver I cannot give an accurate answer to question #2 There were two times that no one showed. All the care giver was allowed to do was just be a companion for my mother and to talk with her if she would wake up.

Ms. Sherman was always very polite, flexible and accommodating. Living in a separate state than my elderly mother, i had peace of mind knowing that I could contact her and get a provider to help my mother out that was reliable. Her having a little company and extra help when needed definitely lifted her spirits. They are absolutely wonderful.
