The caregiver wasn't proactive in anticipating the needs of the patient. Though receptive to feedback, she didn't seem invested in making progress toward mutual goals.

jUST DID. WORKERS WERE NOT DEPENDABLE. THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO BE AT THE HOME, BUT DID NOT SHOW UP. IF THEY DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD THEMSELVES SCHEDULED TO WORK. THAT IS A JOB PEOPLE DEPEND ON

Charles a caregiver on 12/8/20 walk out for a smoke then came back in and did not wash his hands. My sister was there with a nurse from Encompass and the Nurse told my sister that it was unacceptable for a senior care worker. Also, when he left he took the keys to the door, which he had in his pocket. Another incident a girl caregiver was asleep on the sofa, while my sister and a Nurse was there being aware of the that. My brother's care was short lived. Many of the aides were nice and my brother enjoyed them but they were not with him long enough to give him consistent care. One aide took a couple of things but I do not know her name since they came while I was at work. Just the one and I noticed several items missing that day.
