Sonya was with my wife from day one. She provided excellent care and compassion for my wife. Recommend her highly. Kendra provided great support for me in finding replacements in a very timely manner.

The hotel and room is the worse! We've never stayed in a hotel this bad!!! The worse hotel ever! Small rooms, tiny elevators that were slow causing us to take the stairs which was a challenge for me a disabled veteran. Dirty floors, tiny bathroom, inoperable lights, no vending, no ice, no parking etc, etc. disasters!

The problem was with the last few requests. Your company was not able to provide a caregiver for only three hours. Twice, we were called the morning of the visit to say they couldn't provide someone. I do understand it is hard these days to find someone to work just three hours at a time. The first three visits were good. The worker was prompt and did a good job.
