Inconsistent caregivers from shift to shift. Some were not trained very well and one was disrespectful when asked to do the diaper and cleaning my wife the correct way. Frequently tardy to start the shift and 'no show' without notification. Overall the staff was unresponsive to our requests and seemed to let the caregiver dictate when they would work. It was convenient for me to call and have a provider fill in while our caregiver was out of town. However I had to pay more to get less. Would have appreciated more light cleaning chores done, and several days she left without giving my mother her afternoon medications or fixing her lunch. Would not want to use her again.

Mark, PT, has been excellent! He deserves a 10+. My husband has made a complete turnaround and improving very well under Mark's guidance.

3 of the 4 days, the caregivers were late. They were very sweet people, and I know that circumstances occur that are often beyond our control, but I had to abruptly change my plans to wait on the caregivers.
