I was very happy with all the care givers. They addressed and accommodated to all my Moms needs and we both greatly appreciate that. The stimulation of conversations with various people was very good for her state of mind as well. We both grew particularly fond of Mary Bella, Hope and Rudy. I would love to still be able to employ them all 24/ 7 but, unfortunately finances prohibit that.

It has been a mostly positive experience. Only issue is caregivers that call in last minute and staff has to scramble to find fill in. Tina and Angelika are wonderful.
