This is Boyd responding for Ed. I was personally disappointed that pain started in a shaky fashion due to D Davis's fear of pets. She had been in our house less than 60 seconds when she was seriously afraid of are very docile large white dog, and then asked you don't have any cats do you? We had made it clear in advance that 1 dog a large dog and 2 cats and a large fish tank were an integral part of the blue Steen's family. Boyd, Thank you for taking time to provide this valuable feedback. It is not uncommon for our families to do this and then have a more critical need down the road. Maybe Dee was not the right fit and another caregiver would have been "indispensable". It is a process to find the right fit. I know it was not a total waste, at least you all have a little piece of mind knowing if something happened to your Dad, and he unexpectedly had to go into hospital or get sick someone could be there to help your mom with just a phone call.... read more
