"Return of lease." Sean was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We were in a hurry to drop off the leased car. He got us out in 10 minutes!
"Casual, up front, helpful." Jason was attentive and informative. Unfortunately my trade-in situation means it is unlikely I will purchase, but there were several attempts made to work with me on pricing, some concessions made regarding the value of my trade-ins, as well as a follow-up call provided today to inform me the vehicle was still available if I wanted to take another look.

"James Chase excellent sales person " James is very strong in product knowledge, energy, interpersonal skills. He takes care of the customer and follows up on all detaills He sold the suv. The sales manager was not a positive. He does need interpersonal skills training. Need I say more.
"Extremely accommodating" Terry Cruz was especially a pleasure to deal with. He showed the vehicle I came to see, but also drove my son and I around the lot and the lot next door to see if there were any other options. When I had issues with financing, Terry was very patient and accommodating, even letting us use his personal computer to walk my wife through the Groove Ford web page! "Amazing experience!!!" Respectful and cordial. These are the two words I would describe the staff at Groove Ford. The GM Ryan was very friendly, and he directed my wife and I towards a great salesman in Terry Cruz. Terry was extremely friendly and talked to us like we were friends. "Timing was right" We enjoyed a great buying experience spending time with Samantha. Sam was able to answer all our questions and was able to help us find the right model we were looking for. Watching the snow come down while we were shopping for our first four wheel drive vehicle was amazing. I don't know how Sam was able to do that!
