"Test Drive" I stopped in Groove Ford several months ago and was greeted by sales representative Victoria Menchaca. I wanted to see the new Focus RS but they had not arrived in the dealerships yet. Victoria took my name and said she would call me when they received the cars. She actually did call me several weeks ago to tell me they had received several RS's. "Great Service" My husband & I bought a truck from Groove Ford recently and had a very positive experience. Groove has a very welcoming feel when you walk in the door. We were treated very well, with no pressure, and we felt we got a great price on the vehicle. "Gabe Dawson is Awesome!" Purchased my F150 from Gabe and it couldn't have been a better experience! There was no pressure, she was super knowledgeable about so many Fords that we looked at, and continues to follow up with us to take care of any questions we've had since leaving the dealership! I can't recommend Groove Ford enough..... but if you go and don't ask for Gabe...... well.....!
